Ok pros like Pete Samprass or Even Agassi use Heavy Racquets. We all know that the racquet we buy is different when it comes to weight. The Paint is the only thing the same ( 95% ).

How do they prevent Tennis Elbow?
    1. Proper Swing mechanics.
    2. Proper Racquet based on ( your comfort Zone )

    What are the best exercise?

    Bicep curls...
    Triceps...
    Shoulder press...
    Bench press...

    Any steps im missing?

wrist curls in flexion and extension i.e. palm down move wrist up and down slowly and under control very light weight to start. same with palm up move wrist up and down. less tension( alittle easier) with elbow bent. tougher more stress on tendons with arm straight. also stretching your forearm by passive flex and extend wrist is important. strength and flexibility go hand in hand for injury prevention

This is a stretch I use: Place both arms out in front of you, palms down.
Rotate the problem arm so that the palm faces away from you. Reach across with your good arm and hand and clasp the fingers of the other hand. Pull up with your good hand---you should feel a stretch in the forearm of your problem arm.

None of those will prevent TE--that is, at least it was my case. I was doing all those lifts before and when I got my TE.
