    Hi TW,

Is it possible to purchase replacement orange 'port' inserts separate from the 'string hole' inserts?

From what I understand, it seems that you can buy replacement string hole inserts and replacement bumper guards (separately), but not replacement port hole inserts.

    Thanks.

These should be the string hole inserts:

Prince Exo3 Tour 100 Hole 16x18 Grommet Insert (Orange) 7.99

Prince Exo3 Tour 100 Hole 18x20 Grommet Insert (Orange) 7.99
    http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpage.html?PCODE=XOT20HBG

and these are the replacement ports:

    Prince Exo3 Tour 100 Port 16x18 Grommet 7.99

    Prince Exo3 Tour 100 Port 18x20 Grommet 7.99

    Dear Tiffani,

The 2 you listed on top are for the "Hole Inserts", which would change the EXO3 ports to regular holes.

The 2 you listed on the bottom are simply the black bumper and grommets. How do I know this? Because I ordered a set of those.

What the OP is asking is how we can purchase the EXO3 ports (i.e., the orange parts).

I will have to check with our stock when the "Hole" grommets come in to see what they look like. Sorry for the confusion. I'll try to get this sorted out.

OK, we've updated the name of the black bumper guard set to help clarify, and the inserts we currently have labeled with "orange" are indeed the string hole option. We are checking with Prince to see if replacement ports are available because we don't see them in our 2011 catalog.

New name for the bumper set (what scotus ordered):

    Prince Exo3 Tour 100 Port 16x18 Bumper Grommet 7.99
    http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpage.html?PCODE=XOT16BG

    Prince Exo3 Tour 100 Port 18x20 Bumper Grommet 7.99
    http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/descpage.html?PCODE=XOT20BG

    Thanks,
    Tiffani

They were not made for resale because they come with the racquet. I'm not sure, though, if Prince will decide to make them available if there is a demand for them.

so to clarify... the set for replacing the bumper and original port holes are only available in black not the original orange? Is this still the case? Will Prince be making the orange ports available? I've already ground mine up pretty good after just a couple of months! I'd rather not swap them for black.
