Heres the story. I have a liquidmeatal radical oversize (which i love), but i wanted a racket with a bit more power since with the radical i would get tired after hitting for a long time because of the fast and long swings required for the racket. So i went and got the Wilson nCode nPro since i heard it has a bit more power. I went on the famous internet auction site (e-bay) and bought one for $51 + shipping. Great deal i thought, untill i came here and read about all the stories of fake rackets. So now im worried that i got a fake. First thing was that the grip on the handle was messed up...theres like white stuff on it and the sealwrap on it was very hard to take off. My coach told me that it was because of heat which can cause the glue/wrap on the grip to melt, which makes everything sitcky and messed up....dont know if this is true or not. Also, some of the cosmetics seem to be a bit off...like on small fonts, they are blurred. Plus the throat of the racket seem longer then the pics i see on this site. Also the guy on e-bay seem to have an endless ammount of them. Other then that...everything seems fine. It is head light and weighs about the same as the radical. So for the past two days ive been hitting with it and i found that it has a noticable ammount of more power compared to the radical, however, it is extremely hard to get any topspin, where it was easy to do with the radical. Is the nPro really that hard to get any topspin out of or is there something fishy with it? Anyways, the order was 7230436925 (search e-bay for it, since i cant post links here). I also have a cell phone pick of the throat so possibly anyone with a nPro can confirm with me. I will try to get higher quality pics with a real camera later.
