Haha, I knew that question would come up. Actually, I can no longer find the deodorant I've been using for the last few years and have tried other fragrances of the same brand, but I just don't like the smell it gives off. I just decided to come here because I'm tired of people staring at me when I try to smell each and every deodorant...

I think you put that stuff in your hair when you shower. Lather, rinse, and repeat.

I was just typing the same thing for guys when I saw this. I lovvvve the smell of that on guys.

Also - there's the Lacoste Pour Homme deordorant which smells amazing.

As for girls and what I use - Secret platinum in shimmering peach.

So are you trying to stay dry or smell good? If dry, Degree or Mitchum unscented work well.

Axe is used a lot during my history class right after lunch. Alot of people are trying to get rid of a certain smell. They also like to eat a lot of gum. I think they just like to smell good ;)

Seems like no one likes to use my usual deodorant brand, Right Guard. I tried the adidas sport stick once, but for some reason the smell changed greatly after a while.

    -To Ronaldo's question
I'm actually looking for both dryness and a good scent.

I guess I'll give Old Spice a try.

    Ewww! Disgusting mental image.

I used to use Secret deodorant stick, but it started staining all my white stuff. :( These days I go with Block & White.

Right Guard doesn't last very long but it's much cheaper then the likes of Adidas. I've actually heard pretty good things about Adidas deodrants.
Old Spice was pretty good also. I read somewhere that for the anti-perspirants to work their best, it's a good idea to apply some before going to bed. Something about how they take some time to settle into your skin blah blah!

Yeah, the old spice is visible on my armpits for awhile. But it's not like anyone is seeing them. I also like the adidas liquid soap.

Try the clear stick gel. It's blue and it doesn't show up. Not that I use it but my brother does.

I hate those gel ones, I remember my bro had the stick that was clear. But I can only find the white solid one, same thing. But it was pretty imbarassing when I could see it on my blue shirt at tennis the other day.

I use Old Spice High Endurance. I have some Axe and it doesn't work well as a deodorant. Despite the fact that it smells strong, Axe wears off rather quickly after a physical activity.

    Hey Mega,

since you are clearly a young cutie, clue our younger guys here into what cologne/fragrances you find enticing on a guy and please instruct them how to wear it!

Old Spice High Endurance. I think I'll try that Bacardi Rum sometime... just buy a bottle and wipe it on?

I use Old Spice High Endurance to keep me dry. My wife likes the smell of a couple of the Axe scents (some of them are awefull, though) so I wear that as well.

    Since you asked ;)

Meg's personal picks for her favorite guys include:

    Ralph Lauren Blue
    Lacoste Pour Homme
Liz Claiborne Bora Bora for men
(I hate to say it but I even like Abercrombie August in small doses.)

    - One spray smack in the middle of the chest.

No AXE or BOD please. And if you're going to anyway, do NOT spray it like they show you on the commercials. That's too much. By no means does Axe substitute for deodorant no matter what anyone tells you.

For guy's deodorants I like Old Spice High Endurance or Red Zone or Sport.

    thanks meg,

you just did all the younger guys here a large favor, and helped some of them get it right with the girl of their dream.

I've been known to know my way around the fragrance counter, and I laugh at the BOD and AXE commercials as well.

For you young guys living in NY, now you know how to pique Meg's interest through her nose...

    Thanks again meg,
