This means that the Tennis Channel now must be treated like Golf Channel or Versus (soon to be NBC Sports Network). This is amazing news for us tennis fans in the US who have very little tennis on television besides the biggest tournaments. Of course Comcast is going to appeal so it is unknown when the new rules will take affect or if the higher court will rule the other way. For now, hooray!

Excellent. I have to buy the complete sports package in order to get TennisChannel on RCN. Does anyone know how I would know when TennisChannel has been put in a lower tier so I don't have to keep the entire sports package?

Just thankful I have Cox Cable. They are great for tennis!
