I think we should hire a mod that delete newbie's thread about Federer's racquet, I've been here since 2004 and it's getting annoying!

I guess you don't get it, he has a Donnay Borg Pro painted to look like a 1978 Maxply McEnroe (Which was purely a prototype design exclusively for McEnroe - he worked with Dunlop for several years before teh retail version shipped) Then he paints the BLX paintjob on top of that to really throw everybody off.

For all I know there may even be a 4th and 5th layer of paint on that thing, maybe he actually isn't even using a racquet, maybe it's just a magic wand painted to look like a racquet.

In every match, he starts with a Wilson T2000, changes to a Prince Woodie, toys with a Weed, and ends with a Davis Imperial - all skillfully painted to look like a BLX 90....

His old racquet was the PS85, if you search youtube you can find some older matches where he's using the 85. I believe he used this racquet when he beat Sampras at Wimbledon in 01. I believe it was sometime in 2002 or late 2001 where he switched to a 90.

    He switched from 85 to a 90 around 2002.
He doesn't use the K90 either.
