When Federer was using the PS85 where did he put lead tape?
And also how many inches of 1/4inch lead tape would it take to make a 10pt headlight racquet even balance?

Well, 12" of lead tape at 1/4 width might move the balance a half point or 3/4 of a point if applied at the head of the racquet. If you have a leather grip replace it with a sythetic grip, that helps big-time.
