If Federer reaches the quarterfinals, he will join Jimmy Connors as the only male players to reach at least 8 quarterfinals at three different Grand Slams.

If he reaches the semifinals, he will break a tie with Ivan Lendl for 2nd most Grand Slam semifinals with 29. (The record is 31 by Jimmy Connors).
If he reaches the semifinals, he will join Jimmy Connors, Pete Sampras, and John McEnroe as the only male players to reach at least 8 semifinals at two different Grand Slams.

If he reaches the finals, he will join Sampras and Lendl as the only male players to reach 8 finals at one Grand Slam.
If he reaches the finals, he will have the most finals at Wimbledon.

If he wins the championship, he will be tied for the most championships at 3 different Grand Slams.

    Federer's opponents:

    R1: Mikhail Kukushkin (#60)

R2: Adrian Mannarino (#55) or Conor Niland (#181)

    R3: probably David Nalbandian (#23)

R4: Nicolas Almagro (#15), Mikhail Youzhny (#17), or John Isner (#47)

I would be surprised if any of those guys will stop Federer the way he is playing.

It's amazing. A 2nd round versus Fed would be dreamlike - showcourt to boot!

    He's 100% against Rog too! :)

Yep Federer has a perfect draw to the semi-finals. Only threats (he'd probably beat both in straight sets if they actually played anyway) are Isner and Tsonga if they're GOATing.

If Federer wins and Nadal doesn't reach the final, Djokovic is the new no 1. It would be a 500 point margin between 1-2-3, though.
