Over the last year Federer has shown he has amazing resilence to bounce back from painful losses. Consider: after losing in the 2008 Wimbledon Final, he won the U.S. Open. After losing in the 2009 Australian Open final, he won the French Open and Wimbledon.

So as the pattern goes, after losing in the 2009 U.S. Open final, he should win 2010 Australian Open, 2010 French Open, and 2010 Wimbledon.

It seems after each crushing loss the guy just bounces back.

2004 French Open 3rd Round - Wins Wimbledon and the U.S. Open and starts Semifinals streak.

2005 French Open semifinal - Wins Wimbledon, U.S. Open, Australian Open
2006 French Open Final - Wins Wimbledon, U.S. Open, Australian Open

Yes, Federer has an incredible resiliency in coming back from very difficult defeats. It also usually coincides with a bunch of fools writing him off and saying he should retire.

I'd love to see him win the Aussie Open next year. It's been a while.
