Federer giving away US Open racquet.

Hey Guys,

I'd just thought I'd share what info I have on the rumour that Roger Federer gave away one of his US Open racquets.

For starters, Roger travels with 12 racquets total. As of last night, Priority One has 10 of them in our hotel room, and Roger has 2 of them with him for his morning warm up hit before his 1st round match today. So he certainly hasn't given away any from his current hardcourt racquet batch. We haven't asked him if he has given away any old racquets he might have had with him, but I seriously doubt that Roger had any to give away since he wouldn't have brought any. We've been traveling with 12 racquets since Montreal, and we still have 12 here. The only thing that is a slim possibility is that the person in question received a promo Federer racquet, but not one that he has actually used in a match.

Hope this helps to clear up some confusion.

Are you serious? I hope you're just joking right? The OP is Ron Yu. Yes, the guy from Priority One that personally strings Roger Federer's racquets. He is legit.
