Fed's draw at the French Open is probably the easiest I have seen in the Open era. Djokovic, Ferrer, Verdasco went to Nadal's half. Federer got Murray, Tsonga on clay LOL!!! Soderling praises Fed, he loses against him in the locker room. Gulbis was the man to break Fed's semifinal streak. He is more experienced, doesn't make foolish mistakes. He overpowered Fed in Rome and the first set of Madrid!!! I am pretty sure he had the tools to beat Fed but man he got injured in 1st round and lost. Now it's another cakewalk to the final for Fed.

On a related note, Gulbis had his court-hearing in the ho-soliciting case yesterday. And word is that he lost early to be able to attend the hearing in sweden. talk about getting screwed by one's own...

Moral of the story: you're barking at the wrong tree. your rant is better directed between Gulbis' legs.

oh man i wish nadal had fed's draw. fed's draw is filled with hardcourt specialists, it is a joke of a draw. nadal will play the best claycourters of this season + djokovic who is 10 times better than Murray or Tsonga on clay. Nadal's draw is tougher by far, only blind *******s would disagree with this.

Ok so...Federer has a cakewalk draw at this year FO...okay then?
I can agree to an extent but do you think last year FO 2009 was a cakewalk draw for Federer?

I would like to know your opinion!

I agree Gulbis was a threat for Federer, but he was a threat for Nadal too, didn't he won a set on their last match? the first set Nadal lost on that tournament?

    gulbis?

    ROFL

i think you are messed up in the head for considering gulbis as a threat just because of his 1 match shine.

Fed lost to montanes and other noobs, he was not in slam form when he lost to them.

Gulbis would probably get a few games off fed in slams, nothing more.

Nadal has a clear and easy road to the final because all of the so-called clay courters bend over for him. Only blind Nadaltards would disagree with this.

I know it's a troll thread but Gulbis is overrated. He's not beating Federer in a slam. Maybe he takes 1 set playing tennis of his life.

    Jeez, the delusionals...

Montanes beat Fed in straight sets recently (Estoril)...shall we proclaim Montanes the new Fed-Slayer?

Puh-leeze. Gulby won ONE match against Fed and suddenly Gulby's the NEXT Second Coming (a la Soderling, the first SC a la Nadal).

    Too much...

You must be under the mistaken assumption that Federer actually gives a hoot about Rome and Madrid. Heck, he didn't even bother to show up at Monte Carlo this year. Notice in the Madrid final that he was just spinning his first serves in against Nadal? He's not doing that at Roland Garros, is he? He views non-Slams as nothing but practice sessions. If you've seen his first 3 matches at RG, he's obviously stepped it up.

    Spot on.

Whoever made this thread is just an attention seeker who doesn't care about tennis, just about getting a reaction. How boring for those of us who actually read it.

A bit nonsense really. The truth is that it's much harder to win a Masters tournament. It's bit like the European Champions football versus the World Cup. In the latter you face weak teams in the beginning and the chances are that you will never be meeting any good opponents. The European Championships -like Masters tournaments- have a much higher concentration of quality.

I guess these troll threads are pretty even. 1 troll on Nadals behalf claiming Sod will smash him, and a Gulbis troll on Feds behalf..
