Ivo was intimidated during the first set, but gained his composure for the rest of the match and pushed Federer into two consecutive tie breaks before going down in straight sets, just as I predicted. A good match for Federer, but now will have to face a completely different opponent in the next round which will give him trouble. Hewitt or Moya are much more complete players and much more athletic than the fireballing Karlovic. Too early to predict yet.

Just saw it. Great match. High quality stuff from Fedex. Good job by Ivo to force Fed to two tiebreaks, I didn't expect that much from him, not with Fed returning as well as he was. Moya and Hewitt are now late in the 4th w/ Lleyton leading two sets to one and up a break. Ancic through, Malisse retired w/ injury. Mayer defeats PimPim and Spadea down 2 sets to Schalken but leading in the 3rd.

Forgot to add. Grosjean played well and defeated Robby Ginepri 6-2, 6-2, 7-6. Good stuff from the little Frenchman. He actually is only 5'9'' and hit a serve 132, 6 miles an hour faster than Robby's hardest of the day!

5'9" for Grosjean is being very generous. He's more like 5'7".
