  1. To repay the favor to JennyS, here is the complete match of Federer-Murray without any time-wasting. The match lasted over 3 hours, but with only 41 minutes of actual tennis, which is slightly shorter than Djokovic-Nadal Madrid semi. So, it seems like JennyS was right after all... Although, I do recall that Murray was very tired the next day and got beat easily by Davydenko.

    Here are the videos:

    Oh yeah, the great match where Murray blew his chance to win a major title in his career for the glory if beating Federer.

    Great work.

    Could anyone do that with the 5+ hours epic in Rome 2006?

    Can somebody help me understand this thread? Is this another Murray hype threads? Is it suppose to mean that we should be astonished by Murray's win over Roger last year? I don't think so!!!!! Federer was injured and he played injured last year.

    Well I'd say 4 Masters Series are nothing to sneeze at.

    zdravo..

    Currently Nalbandian is ahead of him in the major title count because he won the TMC and Murray didn't. That should speak for itself about how much Andy Murray underachieved / is overrated.

    This was such a good match. Fed was playing really well despite his back pain, and Murray was out of this world at some points. The 3rd set was a huge drama and a great tennis display.

    I fixed it for you. Andy Murray threw away his best chance of winning a major title by expending all his energy into beating a crippled Federer.

    can't really disagree, but then if murray had lost, he might've had to go through federer again to win the title ? { don't know how much fed's back injury affected him, he was doing well, except for his serve, it seemed }

    What about the djoker who showed up in the final "finally" ??? You don't think murray would've been in trouble ?
