What would be funny is if both dont end up in the final.I think it could happen if they both dont get out of the early rounds.

Agreed ... Nadal will take Fed down. Can't tell the score though but likely in 4 sets.

Federer always plays better in slams and I have a feeling he's going to be really pumped up for it. I don't know who to pick actually, but i've got to lean toward Nadal. The very fact that Federer is putting doubt in my mind is pretty crazy! He's that good on clay!

If it reaches a Fed-Nadal final, Fed has already won, by virtue of improving upon his last year's performance, while Nadal stagnates.

If Federer gets to the final, I'm cheering him on. I made a comment sometime ago Nadal will repeat his claim but I'd be more thrilled to see RF win it.

Yeah, the thing about clay.... it's such a neutralizing surface
which gives better chances for underdogs who has burning desire
to win. Early round upsets are very much possible for both
    of players...

Err. If they don't make it out of the early rounds there's a chance they won't make the final? You don't say. :)

I would have to say nadal would be the favorite if they meet in the finals. But this is one tough event it would not surprise me if one or both did not make it.

I want to see Fed in 5 but I don't know. With it being such a big stage I think his nerves might get the best of him. Nadal might feel more pumped than usual too, which wouldn't be good for Fed or any opponent.
