the 90 sq head size is obsolete.
This is getting ridiculous...
This has already been posted like a million of times.
YOU ARE NOT SMARTER THAN FEDERER! HE WON 12 SLAMS WITH THE SAME RACQUET!!!
Fall in his game DOESN'T MEAN that he should change his gear!
He has GAME not EQUIPMENT problems!
What do you think it's going on?
-Over the last 8 months every single tennis player that uses a >90 sticks were granted by god with 500% game improvement?
-Federer is out of shape?
Think a li'l bit about this, and for God's sake USE THE SEARCH BUTTON.
if somebody posts this one more time i am sirously going to kill somebody
The writer of that article has no idea what he's talking about. He thinks there is a linear relationship between racquet head size and tennis match results. If his logic was true, all pros would be using as large of a racquet as the rules would allow.
this is your second thread with the same title why don't you crawl back into your hole you troll.
OP needs to change his head size.
hey, at least he spelled obsolete right this time.
Just one year the ITF mandates racquethead size must be 630cm2 or less. Lessee how Fed fares, eh?
When did you come up with this amazing new idea???
I'm going to call Rog right now, and let him know. He has been looking at new ideas to change his game, and had not once though about this.
Thanks for the heads up.
lol. i just lol when i see these threads and posts. ppl just dont get it do they.
you take the words right out of my mouth
and this is to the OP! >>
Totally agree. But doesn't Federer already change his racquet after every set ?
yea he should, back to the 85 =P
Boy, this thread is so original...
Federer's only hope of surpassing Sampras's open era record of 14 grand slams is by switching to a 95 square inch racquet.
Back to 68" and wood
i really hope you are being sarcastic. if not.....*sigh*
Isn't it every time they switch to new balls? Like every 7 games?
Whaaaaaaaaaa, I should have to go to bed and this thread is really helping me to get sleepy...................................
yep. before he breaks the gut.
Usually that's the case. But in federer's case, he changes his racquet coinciding with the opponent's service game.
Joke-a-vich, of course, I was being sarcastic. What other alternatives are there ?
Fed should switch to a fischer mspeed pro number 1
If Fed changes his racket, who will "model" for the K90 ?
wilfreb after US Open did you change your mind????
shut up
Fed is planning to switch to the Sampras prototype soon
and your sources?
federer should switch to a size 55 head. then when he wins he can give the finger to all of the haters
Federer needs the K-blade tour!!!!!!!
Guy's, I've seen this meat head in watch forums and he is nothing but trouble. I would ignore all he has to say and save yourself some grief as he will egg you on into a fight.
AS a golf pro once told me you should only change your equipment when youre playing well so you can see the additional benefit of new equipment. Roger is doing fine and I am sure head size isnt the problem for one of the all time greats!
You all seem to fall for TROLLS on the boards. This person, makes one post and you all jump all over it. Just don't respond to it/him. Notice how he hasn't posted again since the first post???
are you for real?
federer could win another slam using a broomstick as his racket
Kal-El, looks like Doomsday for your hero and his broomstick
^^ haha indeed he is on the way down but people are knockin him and he made 3 finals and won a major last year... sorry that's a let down compared to what he had been doing, but that's a career year for just about anybody else
Not knocking the big man but seems the youngsters are patient like Nalbandian in his day and packing much Kryptonite. They're not just tugging on Superman's cape but look ready to bury the legend. To be the Man you must beat the Man and they be beating him now.
This has been done a thousand times already.
Yeah, Fed is going to play a POGOS at the FO next year where he will also be revealing his twohanded backhand he has been practicing in secret.
Keep on dreaming.
Weedwacker and two-hands on both sides ala Seles.
wow. maybe this is the posting of this article which will finally get fed's attention! when he wins the french with a 95si head in 09 he better send you a personal thank you note.
80milionth post about this
So 90 is obsolete? how did Djokovic win the Masters Cup in Shanghai with a 93inch racquet?
People who dont know how to play seriously shouldnt be criticing the worlds best EVER.
If you cant tell the huge amount of control you can gain by going down to a 90 ish inch head you really dont know what you are doing.
Play with an aero pro cortex and then play with any 90 racquet, kblade tour, nsix-one.... and you will see the gigantic difference in control...
boring, boring, boring, all this talk about switching rackets.
Remember which board these threads are posted on. We change racquets more often than toothbrushes.
Now THAT's a frightening thought!
Yes he should change his racquet. He should also dump Mirka, and wear a pony tail again. Are we done now?
Nadal needs to change his undies
but he'll loose all his lucky clay!
heres a downer..... thats going in MY sig!
Eh, Ranchdressing. Might be worthwhile to note that Djokovic didn't win the Masters Cup with a 93...he is only advertising the 93 KBlade, his mold is actually a 98.
I love how this topic keeps coming up though. Federer does alot better with his 90 sq inch than all the Prestige Mid users at the moment. Safin, Calleri, Acasuso, and formerly Monfils.
Also on another note. I think it's worthwhile to note that while Fed may use a 90 sq in. In my opinion the 90 sq in K90, N90, SuperKarmaSecretCocoPuffProSpec88 sq in...in general the Wilson mids have a high stiffness rating and I find them to be notably more powerful and forgiving than say a Prestige 98 racket.
