    This is getting ridiculous...
This has already been posted like a million of times.
YOU ARE NOT SMARTER THAN FEDERER! HE WON 12 SLAMS WITH THE SAME RACQUET!!!
Fall in his game DOESN'T MEAN that he should change his gear!
He has GAME not EQUIPMENT problems!
What do you think it's going on?
-Over the last 8 months every single tennis player that uses a >90 sticks were granted by god with 500% game improvement?
    -Federer is out of shape?
Think a li'l bit about this, and for God's sake USE THE SEARCH BUTTON.

    Cheers:)

The writer of that article has no idea what he's talking about. He thinks there is a linear relationship between racquet head size and tennis match results. If his logic was true, all pros would be using as large of a racquet as the rules would allow.

Just one year the ITF mandates racquethead size must be 630cm2 or less. Lessee how Fed fares, eh?

When did you come up with this amazing new idea???

I'm going to call Rog right now, and let him know. He has been looking at new ideas to change his game, and had not once though about this.

    Thanks for the heads up.

Federer's only hope of surpassing Sampras's open era record of 14 grand slams is by switching to a 95 square inch racquet.

Usually that's the case. But in federer's case, he changes his racquet coinciding with the opponent's service game.

Joke-a-vich, of course, I was being sarcastic. What other alternatives are there ?

    Changing Racket

AS a golf pro once told me you should only change your equipment when youre playing well so you can see the additional benefit of new equipment. Roger is doing fine and I am sure head size isnt the problem for one of the all time greats!

Not knocking the big man but seems the youngsters are patient like Nalbandian in his day and packing much Kryptonite. They're not just tugging on Superman's cape but look ready to bury the legend. To be the Man you must beat the Man and they be beating him now.

This has been done a thousand times already.

Yeah, Fed is going to play a POGOS at the FO next year where he will also be revealing his twohanded backhand he has been practicing in secret.

    Keep on dreaming.

    80milionth post about this

So 90 is obsolete? how did Djokovic win the Masters Cup in Shanghai with a 93inch racquet?

People who dont know how to play seriously shouldnt be criticing the worlds best EVER.
If you cant tell the huge amount of control you can gain by going down to a 90 ish inch head you really dont know what you are doing.
Play with an aero pro cortex and then play with any 90 racquet, kblade tour, nsix-one.... and you will see the gigantic difference in control...

Eh, Ranchdressing. Might be worthwhile to note that Djokovic didn't win the Masters Cup with a 93...he is only advertising the 93 KBlade, his mold is actually a 98.

I love how this topic keeps coming up though. Federer does alot better with his 90 sq inch than all the Prestige Mid users at the moment. Safin, Calleri, Acasuso, and formerly Monfils.

Also on another note. I think it's worthwhile to note that while Fed may use a 90 sq in. In my opinion the 90 sq in K90, N90, SuperKarmaSecretCocoPuffProSpec88 sq in...in general the Wilson mids have a high stiffness rating and I find them to be notably more powerful and forgiving than say a Prestige 98 racket.
