I think he's said that he's doing it as a favour to Bjorkman and Johansson who are good friends of his and has asked him a few times to come.

Nice nostalgic thread, Fed was pretty good in his days. Is he encouraging his daughters to take up tennis?

Some might be interested, Federer had a long interview on Swiss show Sportpanorama yesterday :) Funny stuff "aie aie aie" when they show him the MPs from the Monfils and Djoko USO matches  Smiley and open as always...

I hope you are joking. Murray is unattractive. If that is the most handsome man in Scotland, that country has problems. Just sayin.'

Soderling looks like Brad Pitt? Huh? I am not a Brad Pitt fan, in the looks department in any case, but, Soderling in no way resembles Brad Pitt.

Fed rocks the red and blue, can't really say the same about yellow and white tho. He reminds me of a birthday cake

I don't like to see Federer wearing that white yellow stuff... It doesn't suit him at all.

I'd like to see him wearing a really deep, darkish red. It will be a stunning contrast to his skin. Something like this:

that was almost exactly the colour he wore in the Shanghai YEC '07. was a tad boring imo, but i prefer to see him in different colours to blue

its swiss german for sure (didnt know that dj bobo was swiss!) but a few words are similar here and there

    the translations something like:

-hello everyone, next to me is federer and he brought something special with him
-hello everyone, ive got my wimbledon racquet, won my 5th with it, I wanna use it in my project, hope it goes well and it raises money for charity
    -thanks thanks

    the rest is just poetry

Federer likes to hear Christmas carols

    Source:
    http://www.aargauerzeitung.ch/unterhaltung/people/roger-federer-hoert-gerne-weihnachtslieder-im-familienkreis-102416467

    Google translation:

Roger Federer likes to listen to Christmas carols in the family

At Christmas, for Roger Federer stands (29) and his wife Mirka (32) the family in the foreground - "all the more since we parents are," says the tennis star. For two years he had Mirka and a Christmas tree in the living room, which they decorated together.
"We like to hear Christmas carols and enjoy the time together in peace," said Federer interview me of the "Schweizer Illustrierte". When the twin daughters Charlene Riva and Myla Rose (16 months) will one day be bigger, he wanted to bake with them Guetsli.

The two girls are always there when her parents travel the world - alone 2010, they are flown three times around the world. "We wonder whether we are overworked," said Federer. "We do everything to keep stress to a minimum."

Federer that the family travels each with 15 to 20 pieces of luggage, finds the world number-two "crazy". The children had all their favorite toys here, "says Federer. "We try in every hotel room a cozy and intimate environment to make."

A lot of time with his daughters to have is important to him. "It is a great pleasure to see them every day to see them grow up." His family, Mirka and the children had for him a haven of energy. "In addition, the children enjoy being able to romping around with me every day."
