I was watching highlights of federer at ao
federer vs hewit federer vs Murray

I think he uses the blx coz against hewit who uses a dampener thier rackets sounded similar but against murry who dosnt use a dampner Feds racket sound more muteded than murrays

maybe you need to get yourself some Bose speakers...that way you may even be able to tell the exact tension on each of their strings!

To use the mantra of this forum: B&O is just a paint job of Philips :)

Everyone on talk tennis donate 1 dollor to me,
I will then be able to buy a blx tour 90 and tear it up,
we will then see if there are "gold" fibres......
    good idea?

One thing I noticed was Fed's racket speed is a bit faster using the new racket. I believe it's cuz either:

    1. He did strength training for his arm during the off season and he's generating faster racket speeds now.

    2. He uses a new custom that's a teed bit lighter ( I believe this is so)

    3. It's cuz of the pj and it's the colours playing tricks on the eye that his swing is faster

But i've done some comparison and i really do believe it's 2.

I reckon he's put some lead in the handle to make it more whippy....
but all your reasons are valid points too.
