I treasure any moment that I get to see Federer play Nadal, so obviously I want him to win. Doesn't matter that he is likely to lose in the final.

    Of bloody course.
"Fans" who want their favourite to lose because of a silly H2H-issue with another player, who happens to be one of the greats in the sport himself?

The funniest thing about this matter is that it's actually this same part of Fed fandom claiming that the H2H "doesn't matter". Well, if it doesn't, then why all the fuss about it, even up till the point these "fans" want their own fav to tank/lose the match before? ;)
Makes absolutely no sense to me.

Paire playing extremely well so far btw, as I expected.
He's had quite a couple of BPs already.

Yup, his unreal levels of optimism/belief must also help him bounce back from some of his most crushing defeats.

I'm not offline. I've set my profile to appear invisible, so nobody knows when I am online or offline with complete certainty. Then again, I wouldn't expect you to be able to comprehend any of that. :p

Fed's getting annoyed, too many errors. Hey Feds, it's not Nads on the other side of the net (yet), LOL!

Paire has such a smooth attitude about him, like everything he's doing is effortless, 40-0 down against Federer? no problem!

    Come on Federer!

From 0-40 in the last game, to losing his serve straight after that.

And there's the break. Fully deserved. Paire is the better, more attacking player right now.

Strange to see Fed keep on directing his 2nd serve to Paire's BH - he apparently missed the message that the BH return is Paire's best shot!

He's nothing like nole. Stop posting this. I swear everyone is looking for comparisons between up and coming players and veterans since Dimitrov was compared to Federer. Paire has his own game.

Rebreak. Kind of handed over to him on a silver platter. Some stupid shot selections from Pear there.

Even if Fed loses first set and break down, still he would be the favorite to win this contest. Paire has a tendency to lose his mind.

hate to say it, but Fed will NEVER win in the final playing like that.
ATM it's around 1/5 matches when he shines, and that's not even vs Nadal.

If it goes to the third set (this being the second semi), both of them are better off tanking since they are anyway playing for the RU trophy tomorrow ;-)
