I would've liked to see him wear some emerald green or something. He already wore blue at last year's AO and red at the USO.

It is Switzerlands colors Red, Black, White. Hence K90 and Bollocks90.

If the shorts and wristband were black I might agree with you.

Nowadays Nike has been giving Federer and Nadal's outfits a more fitted look, that means no more bagginess, which I actually enjoy, I don't like the look of wearing sizes too big.

I hated the baggy clothes. If you're slim and in shape like Nadal and Federer show it off. I can't understand why so many people size up on the newer Nike clothes... it's meant to be slim fitting and when sized up always looks like crap.

Good point. I remember from USO 2007 to AO 2008 he had the same type of outfit. blue for day and black for night. AO 2007 Federer had such an awesome shirt I wish I had it :(

Colors seem really uninspired. Maybe he needs the ponytail again.

I dont think he will have a night outfit, the red outfit is for the tournaments after the Australian Open.

Not primarily, but truthfully I'd like to see a little regality in his garb. It would be an interesting divergence from his wardrobe lately.

I would like to see that, actually. I like his current haircut and everything, but now that we're likely to see Roger have to tough out a lot more tournaments, I think a more 'rugged' look is in order. I'd like to see a five o'clock shadow to fit this motif, too.

There was a line and you just crossed it sir! I'm kidding, but I think Federer should do something different. I like your idea though!

I just read somewhere that Fed is due to wear only the blue-based outfit for the Australian Open and the red stuff for "post AO tournys". Don't know how true that is though.

Nike wouldn't let him do that. He doesn't have to look rugged, just more sporty. I think he should wear a crew for every non-major and a polo for the majors. That sounds good.

The reason why he dosen't grow out his stubble or grow a beard (if he even wanted to) is because of his contract with Gillette NOT Nike.

I remember some days he had the pony tail and didn't shave, looked like he just got out of bed to do business.
