Federer's footwork faulty?

    He's still great at getting to the ball, even at very short notice, but he's bad at setting himself up for his shot, I think this is why he's hitting his backhand badly, he's not setting up his feet properly to hit it, he's not in the correct stance.

    This area of footwork is Tony Roche's speciality and is probably why, under roche, for 2006 he probably had the best backhand in the world and it was certainly a far better shot than his forehand in terms of the unforced errors to winners ratio
