I said Roger would take it long before the US open series started and I'm sticking with my choice. Roger's gonna add the US Open to his 2 Wimbledon and Australian titles.

It's a good bet since he is No. 1. The last two matches probably will be more difficult than most people think. However, if Federer can play close to his best, no one can beat him. He hasn't played great, which makes the matches interesting, I suppose.

Hope Henman doesn't give him too much trouble

If Federer gets by Henman, I'm sure he'll win the final. Fed has only a 2-6 record against Tim, including 2 losses in the last 12 months - one of those on hard courts this year. Still, I like Fed against Henman this time.

But even if Henman beats Roger again, I will expect
Tim to choke in the final against JJ or get outplayed by Hewitt again.

Still, Henman is one of the most underrated players. How many others have winning records against both Fed, Roddick?

The only thing Tim has to worry about is Hewitt, anything can happen of course, but I would really like to see Henman win one major title. He deserves it. If he faces Hewitt in the final though, i on't see him winning.

It's so hard to tell, if hewitt can dump Haas out like that, anything could happen.

Henman hasn't played any of the top players so far - which is the only reason he's gone this far. It's been as tough on him as Bush's stint in the national guard.

    Hewitt is 5-7.
    Naldandian is 2-5.
    Henman 2-6.

Henman has the best record against Fed without a doubt. If anyone is going to beat Fed it is Henman.

Tim will go down in straight sets, just like at Indian Wells.

Skinny Dip made a great observation. Tim has not played anyone great so far, solid players, yes, but not great ones, and he had close matches, two 5 setters. Is he in a good enough shape to beat Fed? I dont think so. Rickson probably has a good reason to be so confident about Fed's possible win.

Its really going out on a limb to pick Federer for the championship, but I'm gonna agree with Rickson bold prediction. Oh, and I'll take the New England Patriots to be in the Super Bowl.

I'm saying that Federer won't win it. I REALLY want Tim to do it and if anyone can beat Federer then it's going to be Tim.

I think that Hewitt will win overall, he is just to good at the moment.

    Hewitt for me.

The best two players in it are Hewitt and Federer. Too bad they'll meet in the semi's.

From what I've seen in the tournament so far, nobody can touch Hewitt. I am not a huge fan of his, but he simply doesn't miss. He's the best defensive player in the tournament, and he's actually been extremely effective when he's on the attack as well. Only Federer has a chance against Hewitt.

Roger's just too good right now. I believe Roger is capable of winning the Grand Slam in 05.
