Just Kidding, Sorry, I couldn't resist!
The truth? YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!!!
its an ncode, i mean look at the PAINT, it looks JUST LIKE THE NCODE!
thats wilson PS original 85!pay more attention on the rackets neck, thats little bit longer than Ncode!
Wilson 6.0 90... We've already been through this.
from some shots i've seen of his racquet, does he use power pads? like the leather pieces in the bottom grommets?
yesterday i was watching tape of a close up of his n-code and you could see the tour 90 paint job underneath!!!!
And the PS 6.0 paintjob was underneath the Tour 90 paintjob!!!
actually, i doubt that there is a real PS 6.0 90 paintjob. because that would be a waste of paint. since fed started using the tour 90 paintjob anyways. because his racquet before that was a hps 6.1 i think.
lol.... im thinkin too hard.
FYI, Federer NEVER used a HPS 6.1. He did use a HPS 6.0 95 Tour paintjob for a short period of time, though. Who knows what was really underneath though. Most likely his usual PS 6.0 90.
well, he used a 6.0 85 p.s. to beat sampras at wimbledon, with no paintjob, so he did use that for a while FOR SURE.
wow. i didnt know that brett.
when did he become officially affiliated with wilson?
He grew up with the PS 85. I have a picture of him from 1992 with his 85. He used the 85 all the way until his Wilson sponsorship when they started making ps90's for him. Those are ps85s with 90in heads but the exact same construction and feel of the 85, just a slightly larger sweetspot.
does anyone know when he got a sponsorship? and when they started making ps90's for him?
Whats with everyone thinking he is still using a 90?! He is using one close to a blade 98!
this thread is from 10 years ago, my friend...
Has someone been in a coma for the past decade? Sonne has resurrected 3 threads, if not more, from 2004. Perhaps this person is from the Santa Cruz, CA area. Many around that part of Calif, like to live/stay in their favorite decade.
Of all the Fed racquet threads, this one is my fave.
This forum would benefit from a good moderator more than any other I visit. There are probably 10 threads on Federer's racquet on the first page, half from years ago. There should be one thread for everything to do with the new stick. It's getting embarrassing, not to mention time consuming to find the actual good information that some posters are able to provide.
^ Judging by the General Pro Player Discussion, the inmates are running the asylum.
And here I thought they were patients of a mental ward lol! Oh I'm sorry, patients have more common sense.
Would love to see the look on Nadal's face if Fed shows up to their next match with a Yonex:twisted:
Would love to see the look on Stan's face when Rafa shows up to their next match with a Yonex lol!
Bwahahahaha! would be awesome!
The trolls are making it way too easy to spot them...
1. Hangs out only around the tabloids section of TW.
2. Never posting anything in the technical sections.
3. Have less then 2 brain cells to knock together. "Nadal sucks! Q, Why? A, Ehhhhh.... Duhhhhhh.... Nadal sucks!... slobber.
4. Wants to know how to buy a western grip.
5. Hasn't set foot on real tennis court before.
6. Knows everything about how to beat certain players but actually has an NTRP <2.
7. Has the general knowledge of a hermit crab.
8. Thinks wooden racquets are a myth.
9. Thinks clay courts are made of clay.
10. Thinks tennis is a gentleman's game lol!
11. Wears a headband like this
Sorry to say; this is up there with the "trollery".
You are dissing the GOAT philosopher actor?
And btw, Tennis IS a gentlemen's game. Deal with it.
A "gentleman" by action and not words is neither.
Ohhhhh... snap goes the gentlemen lol!
The "appropriate" way to celebrate...
Not this either!
NO!!!! What's wrong with you man!
& something no gentleman must ever do... Show the goods
Get a room or manger or barn! Don't milk Juliette in public.
I smell Good....!! No?
... Right, and I bet it's alright when Nadal goes VAMOS! over a double fault and cranks out a lawnmower...
Read the context not the message to get the drift.
It is still a gentlemen's game. Now, in the current era we may not have many gentlemen left on the tour. That perhaps shows where we are as a society.
It is sad though with peopl like you trying to justify the existing behavior by actually branding tennis what it is not.
To only see a person's skills and somehow relate it to "probable class" or condemn others merely game styles rather then achievement or contributions to the game and society as a whole is sad. Not to mention disillusion hypocrisy and myopic prejudice.
Is Fed or Stan any more a "gentleman" then Nadal or Novak? If you have no quantitative or qualitative way to measure or prove it other then your own unique and closed minded scale then it's nothing more then hogwash or worse a caste system.
No fists pumps, no chest bumps no "savage" displays lol! Please, even Fed has more common sense then to buy into your idea of 'gentleman's" game.
Players who I'm biased against are those who are poor example to kids, who have no respect for the game, their fellow players or fans.
Is Fed still using his standard string set-up(Champions Choice gut/poly) in the new racquet?
Yes. He is
