Please excuse if this has come up before..

I was just wondering what kind of exercises and drills Roger does to get his legs looking all great and fit.

    Thanks.

I don't know what Roger does, but these are great ways to tone/strengthen your legs:

    Lunges with dumbells
    Squats with dumbells
    Jumping rope
    Jogging

Playing lots and lots of tennis. :)

Lunges and squats are great. Running stairs will make your legs burn too.

Do you mean his calves/lower leg or his upper leg (quads/hams)?

    jumps

i saw him once backintheday when peter lundgren was still his coach doing a variety of exercises.. the one i remember best and most clearly was the one when he served and then jumped high over a chair in front of him , landed and BAM!rushed toward the net , did a split step and hit volley . over and over and over again..

looked awesome but i was glad i wasnt the one doing it :)

swedechris -- might you know what size chair it was? Are we talking about a proper desk chair?

Probably his calves. But I'm just (or nearly...) as interested in his upper legs too.

Thanks for the info so far, guys! :)
