Good eye. But, it might be a coincidence.

Edit: IP check indicates they are very likely two different people. rafadnadal22's IP is in Indiana, Kooper's is in Idaho.

Did a little research, 99% sure rafanadal22 is a high school kid in Indiana. Given who left him a reference, I would still consider the reference suspect. Kids have been known to leave each other phony references.

It is a good idea to check seller reference. Unfortunately, some feedback regarding a seller's behavior could be deleted or not posted (as determined by TT moderators). All my posts regarding a particular seller's abusive language or insults towards me during our email communications have either been removed or not posted. I think this post might also get deleted.

Im the OP, and as stupid as it was to ship the way I did, but we had a reasonably long conversation over the phone and I gave him the benefit of the doubt cause he wanted to buy stuff I just wanted gone anyways... Now I just came across this thread again, and I am pissed off to see he is still active on these boards... I went out of the way to talk to both of his parents, thinking like others that they would be decedent and make things right. At the end of the day i got most of what i was owed after talking to both of his parents. Although they weren't too concerned of what he did, which would explain why he is able to continue doing this.

If anyone needs anything on Kooper, I have all his personal info, address, emails, cell numbers, parents names and numbers, school name, ect...

The funny part is a 14 year old convinced you he is an adult.
This is my wife's paypal account
. He must have been using a fake voice. :)

And yes, it is amazing the parents didn't ban him from TW yet.

But, if he is reading this, know that if he keeps bothering people here his parents will be contacted again. And if he scams anyone again, the local police in Idaho will be contacted. The parents probably won't think that is too funny.

^If someone hooked you and the post was deleted, just re-post. Make sure to follow the "rules", use emails and usernames, city, etc. Stay away from the specifics like real names, full addresses and full phone numbers and write a factual account of what occurred. A post like that should not be deleted.

In your case, I doubt it was anything you posted but probably what another posters wrote that got the thread deleted.

I bet they gave him a trophy so he would feel better about himself.

Thanks for all the investigative work. K. Crow emailed me his phone # and wanted to me to text or call him only. Thankfully I traded with someone else but I had no idea he had aliases until I saw this thread today. Is it possible to update the thread title to include his alias, 'Kooper Crow'?

That isn't an alias, it is his name. You might want to delete that.

He is a 14 or 15 year old boy. Time to email his parents, I guess? Maybe the OP can contact the parents again to let them know that Kooper was banned by TW, adopted another user name, was re-banned but it still soliciting trades, etc and ask them to kindly keep their scamming brat off this site.

What email did he contact you with?

^ Full email addresses are fine. That email address is already posted within this thread. It seems to be his main one.
Edit his name out of your previous post though just to be on the safe side.

He is still at it. Kooper sent me an email about some Yonex racquets I had for sale/trade. He wanted to trade. Once I saw the name I spent about 2 seconds on it. Thank god for this thread...

How did you come across this thread if he is not using this old screen name? I wish I could add his name to the thread title...

If someone runs his first name or his email, this thread will show up.

Maybe you can contact his parents again and let them know he is soliciting trades here. They may have no idea.

If it was me, his phone would be a memory and he would be banned from the internet no less than 6 months.

    And for search purposes: Cooper

Thanks for the heads up. He was using tennis22nut as a user name, soon to be banned, I believe. His post in your ad has been deleted.

It would not be a horrible idea if you contacted/emailed his parents again and asked them if they are aware he is attempting to conduct business here again under different usernames even though he has been banned by TW. I assume (perhaps incorrectly) that mommy and daddy would have prohibited young Kooper from dealing here after your wonderful experience with him. If not, they are pretty stupid.

Just received an email from kooper from tennis22nut@gmail.com and the email address was under the name Jonah. I could tell it was him because he asked me to text the same cell number as he usually does to send pictures. I searched the number and it brought up his Twitter page.

I think you are being very foolish but it is your money to gamble away.

MAKE SURE YOU GET DELIVERY CONFIRMATION!
A SIGNATURE WOULD NOT BE A BAD IDEA! ( Yes, I am yelling.) :)

Let us know when chargeback hits your PP account.

Sorry, but you are being an idiot for several reasons.

One of which is a gift payment voids all seller protection.
He could conceivably do a chargeback via the cc issuer if he charged it to mommy's cc.
Any deal with a minor is suspect and not legally valid.

And if the address is unconfirmed, yet another reason not to do the deal. (You know, in addition to the whole serial liar/scammer problem.)

Issue a refund and do not sell anything to a 15 year old scammer.
Find a buyer who does not have so many issues.
    It isn't worth it IMHO.

Wise choice. It is not worth the risk.

Read the thread. Most of the good parts were deleted but the original story was that Kooper (a 14 year old at the time) claimed that he was using his wife's PP account and then stiffed the seller. It was a mess and the seller had to hunt down and contact his parents to get paid.

Find an adult to sell to, even if you have to drop the price 10 bucks or whatever, it is much less risk especially if they have good refs.
Gift payments are just a bad idea IMHO. Pay the 3 points and get the seller protection.
