I have been feeling sick all day, and i have had a huge loss of appetite, and did not eat anything all day until about 6:30 pm. Also, i was in bed until about 5 to 5:30 pm. I was wondering, will i gain weight because of eating so little? I am asking this because i have been losing weight, and i have read alot that not eating can make you gain weight. But how can i eat when i feel like crap, and have abosolutely no appetite? Even the food i ate did not taste very good today, and on normal days its one of my favorites. I didnt even finish it all!. So do i have a reason to be paranoid of gaining fat/weight? BTW, is it a good idea to do cardio/weightlifting workouts when you feel sick? Thanx for replies.
