    Flexible Handle + Stiff Hoop?

Is there a racket with different material mixes in Handle, Throat and Hoop?

I know the Yonex RD Ti-50 has a very flexy throat (RDC 59, which is measured at the throat) and a stiffer hoop.

Many racquets have a different flex comparing throat and hoop, not sure if it is material or more the thickness of the beam in the specified areas.

Many of the yonexes - among others - are designed to flex at the throat rather than the hoop. However, I think this is primarily achieved through beam width rather than material mixes. (Throats have thinner beams than the heads.)

Two most glaring "flexible handle + stiff hoop" frames are the Triad Series from Wilson and the X-45's. Both have concepts that separate the handles from the frames, and therefore through the bonding materials you get very flexible shaft action with stiff heads.
