Fitness regime for a 11 year junior

    Hi

    Looking for structured fitness regime to follow for a 11 year old junior. Technicals are good and now the focus is to build on physical fitness to move to the next level. There are tons of videos on youtube but I am looking at something thats more structured and potentially can be done under parent guidance for 1-2 hours 4-5days a week. Books, blogs, online videos/course, anything that can get us started.
