I got the berry flavor. 2 scoops mixed in 12oz of water (recommended) taste like a very salty weak berry flavored water. even tho it mixes well, but does froth up alot--going down it has a heavy taste to it.
Ever take berry flavored antibiotics like amoxicillian? has a similar taste.
One scoop in same amount of water, was easier to drink and more palatable.

I mixed one scoop in 32oz of hydralyte and it was better. My wife says it has a very salty taste to it and cant drink it after workouts. It does have like 250mg of sodium.

based on the price $28+ for approx 16 servings--its cheaper to buy Hydralyte/vitalyte and some glutamine powder.
You can get Glutamine 4.5g powder at walmart for $10.

or just drink choc milk and add some glutamine
