As Im sure a lot of you know, the power has surged at the super bowl and has stopped play. And I think its funny to see how all the commentators and coaches have no idea what to do or say because of a delay. Everyone thinks that this delay is working in the 49ers favor.

Well, this is what tennis deals with on a day to day basis, and we know what it can do to momentum. We've seen many finals and matches go the other way after a rain delay, IE, FO final Fed was up 3-0 in the first before a rain delay. FO 2012 Djok destroying Nadal before rain delay. I find it funny that some of these people are completely oblivious on what a delay can do to a player. And we all have first hand experiences with it Im sure of a match you were dominating or getting destroyed in, and it rains, you come out later that day, or the next day and it goes completely the other way.

Welcome to delays, football. Deal with it. Lets see what it will do to the superbowl in a very rare occurrence of a delay, that most players don't know how to deal with.

I don't think momentum shifts (caused by something like a delay) happen in team sports as much as they would in an individual sport. In individual sport.. its all you out there. No one to boost you up. Just you and your thoughts. Team sports have the comradery that keeps everyone in check.

LOL... bet youd like to change that comment now wouldnt you? This game is quite funny to watch now. I dont really care for either of the teams, but I hate the AFC conference entirely, because of the Redskins. So Im pulling for the 49ers. Im a Panthers fan...

Football is hugely a momentum game. The 35 minute delay allowed the Niners to regain their composure which they had completely lost. They were on the ropes and were about to go down for the count. Ridiculous that something like that could happen at the biggest sporting event in the United States.

Im sure there will be "truthers" about this one, people thinking that the 49ers did this for a regroup and to throw the ravens off, a majority of course will be ravens fans. And Im sure some people will come out about admitting that they could have permitted it. I cant wait to watch ESPN tomorrow. It seems as though the day after a team loses, EVERYONE turns into a head coach and thinks they know what that team should have done diffrerent.

Skins and the Cowboys, simply because half of the fan base is band wagon status, oh and the steelers and seahawks too. And simply because of RGIII, I dont dislike RGIII himself, I just hate the people who suddenly become fans of a team because they won the superbowl or because they start winning, hence the skins season this year.

"I've been a Seahawks fan forever!." Said NO ONE EVER!

Pete Carroll can die in a grease fire for all I care, jerry jones too.

Stupid halftime shows every year. I just heard that during the week, Beyonces practices twice short circuited the power grid yet they still allowed it to go on Sunday at halftime. Whether its performances like this or the dumb firework shows they have where the smoke hangs around for half the 3rd quarter, they shouldnt allow the halftime shows to mess with the quality of the game.

I never watch the half time shows, whether Im at a Virginia Tech Game or watching the super bowl. Most of the time its just a lip sung light show with some hip hop artist concerned more with being a humanitarian and their public image rather than makine good music. the over synthesized junk they produce in the studio and release a hit single, have their five months of fame, and disappear off the face of the Earth only to reappear two years later with another hit single. (whens the last time a hip hop artist released an album you can actually listen to all the way through?).
