For any warranty returners to Adidas, Barricade 6

    Today, i decided to give a call to adidas. There number is on there site at the bottom left it says "contact us". So i clicked and called the number. Well this women "tracey" i believe she runs some part of the warranty system for shoes im not sure:confused:. So then i asked to check if they recieved by barricades v white/green which were suppose to be recieved the 17th of ocober by usps. So they said they didnt have it at their office , but maybe a mix up:shock: of shoes happened, or the package was sent to somewhere else. She wasn't truly positive where they were :-?. But adidas being adidas always wanting to put a smile on my face, she asked for my adress, number, email and stuff. And she said shell place a order to send out the barricade 6 even thought they never recieved mine or ended up somehwere else i dont know how, but whatever i get new barricade 6! BTW she told me the 5s are out of production so the only thing they have for warranty repalcements are 6. And for the colors she said it will be a random color of the size 14. Well thanks a ton adidas i cant wait to get the new B6! :)

    did you get the delivery confirmation? you are supposed to send it by UPS, fedex and USPS with the tracking system.
    Also usually the replacement shoes takes about 3-4 weeks to process.
    you called a little earlier that's why they don't have anything on their system yet. BTW Adidas customer service is one of the best though ^__^

    she said it takes 2-3 weeks. Yes i sent with usps and they emailed me saying they recieved it and the shoes pass the warranty. And that the barricade 6 will be mailed tomorrow. And ill probably be recieving them early next week! :)

    Well i was really hesitant for these shoes. Because my cb2.3 are gonna to have to go to warrenty this week beacuse they have a huge hole in the max air. So then i decided to give a call and obtain my shoes in a record time of early 2 weeks :)

    Dang it!! Are you sure? I looked on the TW website and the red/blac BV is still up there... I was hoping on getting another BV :(....

    Sorry! they told me all B5s are gone from the area where they retrive warranty shoes! So your getting B6!

    not completely true. i received a pair of barricade 5 about a month ago after sending in a pair of B5. i was hoping for 6s.

    i got 6's in unpredictable (good) color schemes as replacement pairs for the last two pairs of 5's i sent in...

    I send in my B5 about seven months ago. I called after two weeks want to know when will they ship out the replacement shoes. I was told they will ship me B6 in Black and Silver. I request Black and White. And got what I want.
