Chris, but the racquet is used. I use the racquet with head tape and a overgrip just in case I did not like it. A normal used Babolat Pure Drive goes in this price range that I am asking. I have no problem changing the wording if that is ok with you.
    Please advice.
    Thanks Joe

Chris, also there are two posting one by a Johnthan Smith claiming (Brand New) and one by Scarnlet claiming (Like New) in there postings. May I repost and change the wording as you proposed.
    Thanks Joe

The Smith post is for a racquet no longer sold by TW and both posts are some of the last approved before we started clamping down on the classified posting.
We are not allowing posts for goods that we feel compete with new products sold by TW. From your description, it sounds like you have essentially a new racquet or a racquet that could easily pass for new.
I hope you understand our need to protect our interests.

    Chris, TW.
