Forearm Training

    Anyone have tips/suggestions on how to do it, which exercises, whether I need to buy some sort of product(gripmasters) and what days to work forearm training in. Thanks.

    You don't have to buy anything. Just use the things that you have already. Take your racket and hold it so it's parallel to the ground with your arm straight by your side. Lock the elbow and stack balls on the face of the racket. Hold for one minute. Make sure you keep the elbow locked or at least straight.

    Or you can just bounce a tennis ball with your racket. Try doing 150 bounces in one minute. You have to go pretty fast. It's surprisingly tiring after 2 or 3 sets.

    I don't know about the locking the elbow thing; locking out ANY joint sounds like a risky thing. I suppose it's like locking your legs on the leg press or going farther than 90 degrees during a heavy barbell squat or something like that. There are plenty of other, more specific (and safer probably) exercises that you can find at:
