forehand and backhand with medicine ball

    i been doing this exercises 3 days per week to improve my coordination footwork and have more explosive power on my shots. but my question if its ok and i will gain more speed if i do this exercises everyday?.

    those drills are definitely okay to do for tennis. i cant go to the link because its blocked where i am but i know what drills these are. i do these and also shadow my strokes with 10 pound dumbells. i also do figure eights through cones and hit my shots on the outside with weights. i am not sure how much your speed will increase though

    I do something similar with a medicine ball. It primarily helps your core, and can lead to enhanced power and explosiveness on both wings. I'd not sure about the speed component however....

    thanks guys for your replies what i mean for "speed" is that i will improve much faster doing that exercise everyday or is it better to do it only 3 times a week.
