Wow, that's vid of the same guy?
What, you lost 30 lbs. ??
And you're swinging out and thru more nowadaze, the skinny you.
But you're still holding back a little, going for more topspin rather than drive.
The older forehand was almost a push-topspin stroke.

i dont have a ranking in israel. nobody in that tournament had one except for the people that live there. im from canada, i was there for two weeks. i dont have a world ranking, i hardly even play tournaments. ive played one itf. i have been training 5-6 times a week for 3 hours a day, and workout monday-friday an hour and 20 minutes. now, im going to go out and play itfs and tournaments with my new forehand. i end school at 12:40 to go practice, so i have had a lot of conditioning. I\'m ready for the tournies.

why do you consider yourself a 5.0 if you dont play tournaments? Just curious.. do you hit with high level players and base it on this?

No, I play many tournaments in Ontario, and the nationals. I am ranked 42 for u18 but im 16. I just meant that during the off season, which was September-Now, I played only a couple of tournaments so I could work on my game.

I find videos to be misleading though. I was playing against this guy. He is 4.0, and I usually beat him 6-1 or 6-2 at the most, but his video looks much better than mine :S.

Your 2010 video is a big improvement!

You said that you got a lot better because you switched your grip. However, I think it's also because of your exercises, getting more toned, leaner, more powerful altogether. Your technique also looks better, which is probably why you're doing a lot better now. You swing through your shots significantly more in the 2010 video.

Looks like you are following through over the shoulder with the classic follow-through on your 2010 video. Do you attribute that to your grip change? Are you now using an Eastern or a SW?

It looks SW to me, but I don't know.

Also, that green cover behind you looks extremely creepy. Looks as if it's pulsating in the video...omgggg

I like the 2nd FH much better than the first. I suspect you have better depth with this adjustment.

btw- Just curious, but is your "strong" 5.0 rating based on match play results?

    thanks guys
i dont know who igal is sorry
and ya im a sw but when i feel like driving, once in a while i turn my grip a little over, not to an eastern, but towards an eastern. semi eastern if that exists haha. but yea im hitting a lot better now. my 5.0 rating is based on 5 coaches, my abilities, and my level of play against my opponents.

yeah you guys have no idea how his weight loss has affected his game.
Like his overall speed around the court is insane compared to before.
And for those who are doubting his self-rating, dont.
For the past while, it's all been training and training and training for him.

He played on ITF and played a great opponent so...
He's got big results coming real soon! :)

you are not using your left hand properly during the racket takeback, as a result you are not getting the proper shoulder turn. check out FYB to see correct form.
