If I had to pick between reaction balls and chickens, I pick chickens.... but both are way down on the priority list.

My post count has been down lately as I am busy on the golf simulator, just finished 36 holes with my buddy.... exhausted right now.

like ur athleticism and strength, ive read some about half the posts, but i havent seen any mention that u have close to no knee bend/stretch in ur shot, even if ur short u should do this. To me this is the one thing that would give u most impovement.

Dont agree with ur view on small muscles and big muscles, if the big muscles are used properly it is not the same as muscling the ball, what u are doing now is closer to muscling/arming the ball.

I wish there is such a thing.... gotta say that the 1k I dropped on the simulator is well worth it.... got so much laughs out of it.... I don't think I had this much fun playing on a real course.

Probably be a bit more complicated than a golf simulator but given the complexity/technical advancements, it probably will be possible shortly. Maybe it would be easier to just bring the racquet through the correct stroke and you just grip it and go.

That device is horrible. God, I can't believe someone actually made that thing. That machine reinforces TERRIBLE footwork. The footwork on the product website video is even worse.

On that video, look where they are hitting the ball! If that was a real tennis court, they'd be hitting balls almost at the back fence. HUGE air on those things. Unbelievable.

Only thing to fix is transferring weight forward into the ball. And try to keep the arm a bit looser
