Fowler said this at the ESPN desk before the Nadal match. He also said that many people on this forum that are Gilbert's fans think he's a villain.
I asked Fowler if BG is as annoying in real life as he is on TV.

I'll do that today if I see BG. Just based on off-camera observation, they seem to really like each other(as do Cahill and BG). Caill and BG even practice together.

He's a flip-flopper -- after Aus 08 he was talking about how Nadal was soon going to be #3 behind Fed and Djoker and how he wasn't going to win the French. Once Nadal won French and Wimbledon, BG has been back on the bandwagon.

Nadal is very polite and humble guy in reality, but once he steps in dark corners of internet, he becomes..."NADAL_FREAK".. *!!*

did anyone catch the convo between fowler and BG the other day when they discussed: how people who dislike murray call him a pusher, how ferrer uses a 5-10 year old Prince racquet, and how Stepanek "overachieves" when it comes to dating? The topics of their conversation sounded eerily familiar...

Hey guys, I'm gj011. Your green fed troll army should stop trolling these boards. We all know that Serbians are the GOATs. Tennis doesnt need a shot clock, its fine the way it is right now.Andy Murray is superior to Roger Federer in all aspects of the game apart from the forehand. Lets break it down:

Serve- Murray's is better, more power
Return of Serve- Murray, no contest
    Forehand- Federer
    Backhand- Murray, again no contest
    Volleys- Murray easily
    Movement- Murray is quicker

Pretty weak the so called GOAT is inferior to a slamless 1 time slam finalist in almost all aspects of the game, LOL

Im also GameSampras. I guess he should be happpy with his one lone slam cause thats all he is seeing. IS 3 times in a row already he has lost to Roddick? Please...

Djoker is going DOWNHILL!!!. I will be surprised if he even stays in the top 5 by early next year.

Djoker has prolly been the biggest disappointment out of anyone really. Out of all the top 4. out of all the top players in general.. He may never see anymore success.Lets face it ...

Roger isnt treating the non slam events as of the same importance as he does the majors anymore. Last year, Fed fans thought it was the end of the world when Fed was losing in the smaller tourneys to players he otherwise would dominate.. Fed only won Madrid so far this year in terms of non slam events yet managed the French and Wimbeldon.

God I cant even stand Fed but its obvious what he is doing.. Same thing pete was doing from the mid to late 90s into the 00's. And thats pacing himself and gathering himself for slams instead of breaking his neck trying to win every tournament he enters like it was 2006 all over again.

Roger is just at that point in his career. Emphasis on slams and slams only. He only managed one tournament before the French, and a lost ton of tournaments last year yet made deep runs in all the slams and won the USO.

Hell Fed is doing better this year than last already.

I cant believe Im defending this guy. LOL..the list below, all their great victories are included, and beside this, the names of their opponents. The figure to the right is the # of slams won by their opponent in their career up to that point. So Roger beat Nadal at Wimbledon in 2007, and Nadal had 3 slam victories to his name at that point.

The # in brackets is the total # of slams accumulated by his opponents before the final. He beat Marat Safin (2 slams) and Juan Carlos Ferrero (1 slam).

The totals are only the # of slams won by their opponents at the date of their victories.

Bear in mind that Roger has one more slam victory than Pete. Make of this information what you will.

There maybe errors and if you notice any, please let me know

Gilbert and Fowler is one of the worst combo to me. I can see the both sides of who's more annoying because both of them wouldn't lose to anyone at being annoying. The pair that would go toe to toe would be Gimelstob and Robinson.
