Does anybody know if ESPN and NBC are covering the French Open in HD ?
ESPN won't put tennis on ESPNHD, which they keep for much more important stuff, like college basketball or fly-fishing.
NBC gets the weekend covergae and thats shown in HD also.
The early coverage will be on ESPN2-HD . . . I Just didn't know if the are going to run it in HD or SD.
So you're the guy who gets ESPN2 HD!
DirecTV has it.
I just can't get The Tennis Channel at all, or my beloved Cubs in HD.
. . . Bud
I could be wrong, guys, but I'm pretty certain that neither US channel (ESPN2HD or NBC) will have any HD coverage of Roland Garros.
You can't get the Cubs in HD but can you get professional baseball in HD?
I have to razz you I'm a fair-weather Cardinals fan.
I'd love to see the French Open on HD on my 100 in FP screen.
NBC will have it in HD. The programming is the same for the non-HD and the HD channels. So it will be cool to have tennis and HD again
that would be great if they did. i cant get the tennis channel either!! .
hahaaha we get all the matches on the tennis channel. you guys can just watch the grand slams, hahahahhaha.
Well . . . ESPN and NBC are going cheap on us.
ESPN2-HD is coming in SD, and my local NBC's web page is not advertising HD, either.
