Ferrero must be your favorite player.

I really hope that happens, because I want someone to beat both Fed and Nadal in the same tournament, and I wouldn't mind if Ferrero were the one to do it.

Ferrero needs to get his form back and will probably do so soon, but this is too early. Ferrer to the semis? No way. He'll be out in the quarters.

Well, Nadal and Federer have pretty much dominated tennis of late but...................history shows the French Open produces more surprise packets than any other slam ! ;)

I'd like to see Nalbandian duke it out with either Federer or Nadal in the semis. Especially Federer.

It'd be nice to see a top player from days gone by make a nice run like Ferrero or Moya.

Will be interesting to see how the young Frenchmen Gasquet and Monfils fare.

Anyone want to lay odds that no American makes the third round? I say even money.

*Sigh* I unwillingly predict the Monkey boy Nadal will repeat it. However I will support Federer 110% to take the trophy home.

I had high hopes for Roddick this year, but he's plagued with injuries.

Nalbandian will be out in the quarters against Ferrrer
Ferrero is coming back to his prime and remember all his weapons: The speed, forehand, tricky backhand, menatl.

Acasuso is probably going to lose to Almagro int the round 16s

I would like to see an American do well at the FO. It will probably be Ginepri, to be honest.

I would like to see Ferrero knock out a big name so people know he's back. Nalbandian winning would be nice too.

I do expect a big upset. If Federer or Nadal lose, they will lose to some upstart. And it will be awesome.

Why isn't anyone here saying about Hingis winning FO? She can shock everyone by winning!

Also, Federer can shock Nadal to win FO! Then you have a double swiss singles win! And I'm not even saying about cheese ;)

1 out of 2 isn't bad. Federer in 06, Hingis in another year.

He doesn't seem to be healthy though - his claycourt season has been riddled with injuries and withdrawals.

Almagro just lost to Starace 6-1 in the third. Nalbandian lost to Volandri. Berdych and Acasuso seem to be playing tough, they are good darkhorses.

Ferrer pummeled Ferrero in Germany, not looking good for JCF. Gaudio with two losses to Vik and Keifer, doubt he'll make week 2.

    Gonzo another darkhorse.

Almagro can be very inconsistent on clay.I think it will be interesting too see the draw tomorrow and see what part of the draw he is in.
