Hi, I have a Yonex RD-7 in excellent condition (will even install new grommets for you) that I'd like to sell in tandem with a Made in Austria (rare) Head Pro Tour 280.

The RD-7 is an original L1 grip size that I had remolded to an L2 Wilson grip shape by New Tech Tennis. It weighs like 11.3oz. strung with leather grip. Not heavy at all, but it's also not very head light either. If you were ever wondering why the RD-7 is called the spin doctor, because you never got much spin with it...this is the reason why. With the normal, heavier grip versions; it's MUCH harder to get the racket around on the ball. With this flyweight one though, the spin is enormously easy to come by. The ball literally jumps when it hits the court, the difference is immediately noticeable and apparent to the naked eye when hitting the same topspin shot with this lightweight RD-7 and say the Volkl C-10 Pro Tour or Super RD-Tour 90.

As far as the Pro Tour 280; it is a genuine made in Austria version, HOWEVER...it's definitely beat up. Exposed graphite on the sides and such. With that said, it's still structurally sound, strings up fine, plays fine. Perfect racket to experiment painting. I would, but I just don't have a place to paint it (no ventilation). L2 grip.

$50 for both, shipping via USPS Priority Mail included in the price.

    Hi,
Do you still have the racquets for sale? Is it $50 for each or for both together? Drop me an email at raynmaker1005@hotmail.com . for some reason, the site won't let me email you.

    thanks,
    Raymond

Oh, sorry, haven't checked up on this until just now.

Forgot to include an e-mail to reach me at... dudewaba@aol.com if interested.

    Thanks.

The RD-7 is freshly strung with Signum Pro Poly Plasma 18g/Gamma Synthetic Gut 16g with Wearguard at 60lbs.

Sorry, I've had a change of heart and have decided to keep the RD-7 for sentimental reasons.

The PT280 I just decided to give to a friend, since it wouldn't be worth selling just that.
