Dear Gamma String Tension Tester users,

If you string at X amount of lbs, what is the Y reading on your GSTT?

On a recent x1 strung at 58lbs and prestreched I registered 64 with gamma STT. After playing it that day and retesting the following day (Over 24 hour period) it registered a comfortable 52 - 54 across the mains. And as stated somewhere in this board, it played much better after allowing it to sit. I have palyed with it 3 times or so and the 52/54 are still holding. I will this setup again
Without prestreching on a different stick I had strung to 57lbs. After a couple days and playing 3/4 times it registered 44/46 and I did not like it from the first time I played it. This was X1 also.

rvicelli, sounds interesting. How long have you been pre-stretching?
