Hello TW Staff,

Im plannig to upgrade my stringing machine which i bought from you, i took a look at the gamma website and they do not sell directly, is it possible to buy the upgrade from you?. Im interested on the ES upgrade and the Quick action clamps upgrade.

Mr Gamma Tech, is this upgrade possible? i own a Progession II 602.

sorry I didn't see your original post, 99% of the time I just read the stringing machine forum. The EsII+ tensioner upgrade is available to upgrade your 602, but for the fixed base clamps you'd have to buy a whole new turntable and mounting arms. (I assuming your machine is a few years old with the gray painted parts instead of the extruded parts). GAMMA & the factory have run out of the gray painted turntable. Honestly if the upgrade was available and you were planning on doing both it would be cheaper/easier to purchase a new EsII+ and sell your 602.

I'd assume tension warehouse could get the upgrades but you need to really double check with them.

I see, just to be clear, Gamma is not selling this anymore, so ill have to buy this?

BTW i bought my machine this year, it is exactly this model.

unfortunately you are correct. you can't get a new turntable because your mounting arms secure from the bottom and the new ones are secure from the top.
