Havent tried it. But what I use is "dextrose" powder mixed with fruit juice. It gives the same energy or even better compared to gatorade.

Is this just the powder form of gatorade you mix with water to make... Gatorade?

I go through one of these every 2 weeks or so.

YES. What it does do is it gives you extra boost of energy. It isn't alot like the 5 hour energy but sold of like eating a banana or two. but it does have lots of Calorie so you have to watch that. but it really does work to help you stay energized for Longer duration...

Why not save your money and just get the Gatorade 1 pound powder canisters in your local grocery store. For $5 you can mix up 2 gallons of full strength Gatorade (that's twelve 20 ounce bottles!) But you shouldn't be drinking full strength Gatorade as it's high sugar content can lead to stomach cramping. So I usually dilute to 1/2 strength on hot days, and about 2/3 strength on cool days (when I'll be drinking less).

i found out its 33 so its just about the same price for the same quantity of the Gatorade in the 8 per package. they usually cost around 6 dollars for 8 so thats 24 dollars for 32 and its 24 for 33 servings of endurance powder
