going low on synthetic?

    i was wondering, how does lowering the weight on a synthetic make it play.

    i was thinking of trying Wilson Stamina at 45 lbs, but i dont want to waste my time/string if it will be a waste.

    They can become very trampoline like and uncontrollable at low tensions. Ok if you have a control oriented racquet, bad if you have a powerful racquet I wouldn't advice it.

    It's worth a try on your RDS.

    that's what I was assuming as I was stringing my coach's stick with a synth. I'm going to try 50 lbs and go to about 43 with polyon ice(normal string) and campare.
    In the near future I'm going to try 18 guage synthetic to maximize topspin. Well that's the hope.
