    I'm playing again! Woohoo!

It's been another long layoff: almost a month this time?

Anyway, the first five minutes of warmups/rallies were pretty embarrassing. I must've said "woops" every other hit.

Strangely, once we started playing doubles matches, it's like I had never left. We won 3 or 4 sets very easily, losing one set to an arch nemesis who seems to have my number, and very easily at that.

I'm just happy I didn't completely embarrass myself, and I find it reassuring that we can go fairly long stretches and basically not miss a beat.

I'm looking forward to some more improvement soon. Thanks, keep playing and have fun!

    Thanks!

I promised myself that I would only play once a week or twice a week max as I work my way back into the game.

However, I have a strong urge to call up some of my hitting partners RIGHT NOW and play on back to back days.

This is a passion. Why can't clay courts be the norm around here?

Maybe I'll set up a net on the local football field. :p
