Ivo Karlovic has overcome being in the hospital from what thought was a brain fungus, but ended up being viral meningitus. He was barely able to stand up not that long ago and is already back on tour in his winning ways! Love watching this guy play, has a crazy good serve and goes for his forehand, and s&v style play too at times.

Over the past week he's won two rounds at newport, and is playing isner tomorrow. :)

Good for him! I've never been a fan of his style but he somehow makes his matches interesting against top guys.

Karlovic against Isner on fast grass? Man that's gonna be an ultimate servefest:)

He really should use his one-handed backhand more often, he usually slices it. Karlovic is more than a serve.

Good for him, always thought he was unlucky not to make it far in a Slam tournament.

It's great to see him healthy again after that big scare, originally falsely reported as a stroke. I hope he gets enough match play in during the next weeks to be prepped for 3 of 5 USO competition. He could be a dangerous floater.

Two would be a good bet. Three isn't out of the question.

A tie break very likely but i predict a win of John, something like 7/6 6/3, i think there will be a broken game for sure, look at the last match of Ivo, no tie break in 3 sets :)
