I have not seen Polylon SP, but I have tried Polylon, and it's a pretty decent poly for the price. I found it preforms better with Gamma Syn Gut, than OGSM, in the crosses.

Polylon SP is a very soft poly, especially the 17g. Very nice when it breaks in, after about 1h of play, and then it remains consistent for about 6h, after which it basically goes dead.

I like it a lot, but as all polys, it is only good for some time. Polys may not break, that does not mean they offer an consistent response over time.

I have never used Polylon, but I imagine it is a very basic first generation poly.
