I've narrowed down my selection to these 4 shoes. I have been with the gel challenger 8's for some time now, but I think these shoes would be a better choice. I play nearly every day and since I'm a teenager I don't have much money so ideally I need a shoe that is either durable or has a 6 mo guarantee, however I don't want to have to sacrifice performance.

I have tried on all of them aside from the feather. I tried the first feather, I liked the speed of the shoe but thought it was uncomfortable, un-durable, and wayyy to narrow. I hear the new one was suppose to fix some of those problems.

The solution felt Nice and tight, but not uncomfortable. They were very light, but did not feel like there was much padding, i'm also worried about the durability.

The GR4's felt more durable, comfy and had alot of traction. They were definitely heavier than the rest. They still didn't feel crazy clunky like barricade's but still heavier than the rest.

The vapors felt low to the ground and light. They were also pretty comfy, but I'm really worried about the durability.

Let me know your opinion on which one I should go for!

    Thanks

I've had my feather 2's for about a week and a half or so. They're really comfortable out of the box and require little to no break in. However, I do recommend buying a nice insole because the ones that are in there are very flimsy. They're also extremely light weight. However, the outsole around my toe has pretty much been worn slick in under 2 weeks.

The vapors feel very similar except durability is a bit better I think. I think I went through them in a month or so.

I have not tried gr4 or solution, but I would think gr4 would be most durable.

If durability is an issue, get the GR4s. The Speed Solution and vapor 9s are great shoes, have both pairs. The speed solution is lighter and feels slightly quicker on the court but the Vapor 9s offer a tad more comfort and cushion. Durability goes to Speed Solutions over the Vapor 9s due to thicker sole.

I didn't get a chance to try the feather 2s on the court but it look a bit flimsy just wearing them around the house so I decided to send them back.

Thanks! I'm leaning towards the GR4's at this point.

I have the GR4 and the Vapor 9. GR4 definitely gives you more stability and cushioning without feeling clunky at all. Plus, it has the 6 month guarantee. Just make sure you order a size smaller than normal because they run a touch big.
