If Federer wins tomorrow, he will have reached 4 consecutive grand slam semifinals after the age of 30.

Lendl's longest streak was 1, Sampras' longest streak was 1, and Agassi's longest streak was 2.

Amazingly, the tireless Connors had a streak of 7 consecutive grand slam semifinals after the age of 30 (skipped 2 Australian Opens) and another streak of 2.

Connors was awesome. He would not put up with alot of the shenanigans on today's tour.

Connors fire, fight, and competitivenes was unmatched. Even when the skills and athleticism of newer generations of players were passing him by, his willpower alone helped to keep him competitive. Unfortunately I don't see any of today's players possessing that quality late into their 30s, and to be honest, I don't blame them.
