grip size

    i've never truly known my grip size before. i used the ruler technique and my hand goes up to 4 inches.
    do you think 3/8 is to big for me?

    Yes. Mission Tennis and Hank Lloyds mostly. I just got mine strung at Mission. Service there is so much better than Hanks. You live in Irvine but you're going to THS?

    now in ladera.
    Mission tennis, the place next to starbucks and baja fresh?
    how much does it cost, and how long?

    Ladera is very close to where I live.
    Yes, Mission Tennis is right next to Starbucks and Baja Fresh.
    Well I get my racquets strung with Luxilon and I will usually get it about 3 hours later for $30.

    omg, maybe i'll ask my coach to string it for me.
    but the bad thing is, he takes about a week to string them.
    How much would it coast to string 1 racket with cheap synthetic gut? more specifically gamma synthetic gut?

    Haha, probably cheaper for syn.
    Try Chicks in Ladera. Their prices are meh, but they give you a card where every 5 string is free.

    Have you ever gotten them strung there?
    I wonder if it's cheaper, but probably crappier job.

    I play at these courts in RSM.
    They're the nicest free courts i've been to.

    Uh, I think it was $30, but that's only because she got a hybrid with natural gut.
    I play at public courts at RSM too, near Arroyo Vista Middle School and at this park off Antonio.

    do practices end late?
    andd, are the girls JV really good? or do they suck, haha
    i heard girls tennis is really good.

    During the season they end late.
    Our girls team is legit.
    We did so well last season.
    It's gonna be a hard year to make the team.

    Damn. DO you think i could make it? If i'd rate myself i'd probably say solid 3.5?
    Really random but, what time does the practice start and end at?

    There will just be a lot of competition.
