Hand, finger, and forearm stretches?

    my forearm tends to get sore, along with my fingers and area around my thumb...

    what are some good stretches to do before and after playing some tennis?

    ez + effective stretch @ the courts: hold the racket behind your back with your left arm and pull down on the head of the racket w/your right arm, it sounds confusing but it isn't

    for the forearm put your arm out in front of u straight and point your hand where ur finger are pointing up and pull back gently on ur fingers, feel the stretch
